The Office of Financial and Insurance Services (OFIS) will be holding informational workshops for First and Second Mortgage applicants. These workshops will be held for persons intending to go into business as a mortgage broker, lender, or servicer.

The Workshop will give the applicant information to choose the appropriate application form; explain the differences between licensing and registration; describe basic requirements of an applicant; and provide specific instructions for completing the application.  Each session will take approximately 3 hours.

Workshop sites are accessible and include handicap parking. Individuals attending the workshop are requested to refrain from using heavily scented personal care products, in order to enhance the experience for everyone.
