The Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation (OFIR) holds quarterly informational seminars for First and Second Mortgage licensees and registrants, Loan Officer registrants, and Consumer Financial Services licensees. Applicants for these licenses and registrations are also encouraged to attend.

The seminars cover important topics to all licensees, registrants and applicants. Specifically, speakers will discuss Licensing, Complaints, Examinations and Enforcement. The seminars are also an excellent opportunity to ask questions of OFIR staff.

Please send a maximum of two representatives per licensee or registrant to the seminar. OFIR recommends that each licensee send at least one compliance officer and/or control person to the seminar. Please fill out the online registration form to attend one of the seminars. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration.

The seminar sites are accessible and include handicap parking. Individuals attending the seminar are requested to refrain from using heavily scented personal care products, in order to enhance accessibility for everyone.
